Looks like Crane from Sleepy Hollow. He would be fascinated with such a thing.

    One of my favorites. Crane is a great character as they portray him. I love his struggles with modern things.

    I love that part as well, Crane getting acclimated to his new surroundings. His character still finds things that confuse and befuddle him which make him very charming. It’s a great show.

After fighting the Headless Horseman of the Apocalypse. Crane becomes fascinated with other supernatural beings with head connectivity issues.
