National Poetry Month–Lisa Martinovic

I like Ms. Martinovic’s tremendously vital work, but she’s sort of greedy about it–I hear about more than I can actually find on the internet, and forget about hard copy of anything.  In deference to her doling out her work in measured servings, I’m forcing you to link away from Old Road Apples…but hey, you can open this link in a new tab, so you don’t forget to come back.

Cats away! Artist turns his dead pet into flying helicopter after it is killed by a car

You’ve got to read this–I was freaked out at first, but then I started to think about all the really strange things done by cats that lived with me over the years and I can’t help but think they would approve.  This post is is in honor of Amber, Squid Fishless, Eleven, Liqourish, Diamond, and LexiCat.

If I’m ever going to get reblogs, this is the ticket….(you know you want to).

UPDATE: They seem to have overcome the initial thrust and stability issues.
